I further certify that all of the information provided herein is true and correct. And,
I understand and agree that any false information given constitutes just cause for EMPLOYER to deny or terminate my employment.

 CA EMPLOYMENT LAW

Pursuant to CA Labor Code Section 432.7, we do not report arrest or detention that did not result in conviction.
Pursuant to CA Civil Code Section 1786.18, we only report records of criminal conviction up to seven years beyond the last day of the subject's parole.
